Litter pedigree

Evie's first litter arrived on the evening of 22^nd May 2011. There were 2 boys and 5 girls. They looked stunning from the minute they were born and confirmed we had made the right decision to use JT as our stud dog. All puppies were black and white because although Evie carries the red gene JT doesn't. This litter was never advertised because we had so much interest even before the mating took place.

We did have a few concerns about how good a mum Evie would be because she is such a busy girl and never took any interest in any of our other litters; in fact she would rather be on the sofa than get involved with any one else's litter. BUT our fears were totally unfounded !! Evie turned out to be an excellent mum as long as she was still allowed to go for her walks and have her play time she was more than happy to look after her puppies.

All the pups were very outgoing as we would expect and loved playing with their toys from a very early age, in fact as soon as their eyes started to open.

Many of them have gone to working homes so we look forward to hearing how they get on.

In this litter we were looking to keep a boy and we also needed a girl for our friend Barbara to show. We were spoilt for choice!!!! Sevi the first boy born has stayed here and Jazzy the first girl born has gone to live with Barbara. Unfortunately we didn't have enough puppies to meet the demand for this litter so there were a few disappointed people but I am over the moon with where they have all gone.
